❓ How can I order magnets?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply choose the quantity, upload your photos, and proceed to checkout.
❓ Can I edit my photo after uploading it?
Yes! After uploading your photo, you can:
- crop it
- rotate it
- adjust the sharpness
- turn it into a grayscale (black & white) image
You cannot add text or filters on our website, but you can edit your photo beforehand and then upload it.
❓ What file format should my photos be in?
JPG or PNG files in good quality (at least 1000x1000 px) work best.
❓ How many photos can I use?
Each magnet uses one photo. For example, if you order a set of 6 magnets, you can upload 6 different photos or use the same one multiple times.
❓ How long does it take to process my order?
The standard processing time is 2–4 business days from the moment we receive your payment and photos. Shipping time depends on the courier/postal service.
❓ Can I order just one magnet?
Yes 😊 The minimum order is 1 piece.
❓ Can I order a larger quantity, for example for a wedding or an event?

Yes, we print them on high-quality photo paper and protect them with a special laminate. The magnets are resistant to moisture and UV rays, they don’t fade or peel off.
❓ What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is €4.75. We also offer free shipping on orders over €60.
Shipping costs to other EU countries vary depending on the destination.

Since magnets are personalized products, they cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or with a production error. In that case, we’ll make it right – just contact us and we’ll find the best solution together.
