Returns & Refunds Policy

At Natoma Gifts, your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy is limited. Please read the details below carefully.


Returns – 14 Days to Report an Issue

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a return request only if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
We do not accept returns for personalized products due to changes of mind, preferences, or order cancellation.


When Are Returns Accepted?

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from its description.

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging and show no signs of use.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

📌 Note: If the photo provided was of low resolution and the product was printed accordingly, this does not qualify for a return. We always print in the highest possible quality, so we recommend uploading high-resolution images for the best results.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at natomagifts@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue or defect

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice that:

  • the item is damaged,

  • there’s a defect,

  • or you received the wrong product,

reach out to us immediately at natomagifts@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized items (unless damaged or faulty)

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us – we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.

📌 Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 21 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at natomagifts@gmail.com.
